Cancellation Policy:
There is no charge for cancellations made when you provide at least 24hrs.t. For late cancellations (less than 24 hrs notice), you may be charged 50% of the scheduled fee. If you cancel without notice (no-show) you may be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.
If you miss your appointment, or need to late-cancel under extenuating circumstances contact your therapist, they will use their discretion regarding the application of the fee.
Note: We provide email/text confirmations and reminders as a courtesy, but it is important that you keep track of your appointments, technology can be fickle and email reminders & confirmations don't always make it to your inbox.
