Diana Lihou (Dolan), RMT
Diana is a graduate from Sault College’s three year intensive Massage Therapy program. She has been an upstanding member of the College of Massage Therapists since completing her provincial examinations after graduation in 1999. Diana’s foundation of massage therapy is set in her Swedish massage techniques, but she has taken post graduate courses to expand her knowledge to include myofascial release & Structural Myofascial Therapy, Hot Stone massage, infant massage instruction, Reiki and ethics and client relations. After enjoying eight fulfilling years of work at Greenbank Massage Therapy she felt it was time to expand her wings and start her own clinic. Finding the perfect location and setting up the clinic with her own personnel touch renewed her passion for massage therapy. She conducts her practice with professionalism and compassion for her clients and it shows in her high client retention rate.

Lindsay Gillespie, BA PSYCH RMT
Lindsay offers Registered Massage Therapy for all clients. She has specialized training in Hot Stone Massage, Structural Myofascial Release, Pre/post Natal Massage, and Thai Massage. As well, Lindsay is interested in pursuing her post diploma training in Deep Tissue Techniques, Remedial Exercise and Personal Training.
From her past work experience, she feels she can relate to her clients and be more compassionate with all her treatments. She has been active in sports and exercise for many years, therefore giving her a full understanding of how certain activities can cause musculoskeletal and joint problems.
Lindsay brings professionalism as well as honesty and care to her work as a Massage Therapist. She trained for 3 years at Algonquin College and graduated with Honours. Since graduating, she has been working full-time as a Registered Massage Therapist. She also holds a degree in Psychology and Health from Queen’s University.
Lindsay loves to see how much of a difference Massage Therapy can make and to see her clients leave with less stress and less pain.

These techniques vary from the most popular Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, remedial exercises, and deep tissue work.

Valerie Lafranchise, RMT, RYT 500, RYT E-200 (she/her)
Valerie graduated from The West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005, and has been practicing in Ontario since 2006 as a member in good standing with the CMTO. The school's 3000 hour program included training in advanced techniques such as: myofascial release, muscle energy, joint mobilization and manual lymph drainage. She has also taken courses in rhythmic techniques, neuromobilization, and soft tissue release, all of which she incorporates into her treatments, utilizing the best techniques to achieve the desired results. She is also a certified yoga teacher, having completed 500 hours of training which included Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Functional Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Valerie appreciates the complementary nature of yoga and massage therapy, both being powerful tools to bring about and maintain good health.
Valerie loves treating all ages and stages of life, whether they are looking to relax or are working through an illness or injury. She has a holistic approach to treatment exploring the ways in which posture, activities of daily living and stress factor into a patient's condition.
