Booking Your Massage:
There are several ways that you can book an appointment:
- Phone: 613-225-2333. If no one is available to take your call, please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can (usually within 24 hours).
- Email: You can email us at [email protected] to book an appointment. This email is checked at least once per business day.
- Online: This is the preferred method, as it allows you to access our schedule in real time to choose the date that works best for you, without any telephone tag. Click the appropriate button below to book in the location of your choice.

New Clients
If you are new to Hands on Health you can simply sign up for an account and book immediately. When you click on Book Appointment, you will be redirected to our SECURE online booking site where you will be asked to provide a credit card number upon booking. This is not a pre-payment , your card will only be charged in keeping with the cancellation policy.
It is recommended to have a 60 minute treatment for your first visit.
If you are a client who has had a recent MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) and you wish to have massage therapy care for your injuries, do not book your first appointment online. Please call our office as there are special procedures we must follow and forms that must be filled out.
Please note that no one can see the appointments you book except you and the staff of Hands on Health Massage Therapy. Others will only see your appointment time is not available.
